过去完成时与现在完成进行时

一、过去完成时 (had done)
- 核心逻辑：以过去的某个动作或时间点作为基准点，发生在基准点之前的动作（“过去的过去”）。
- 典型标志搭配：
by + 过去时间点：By the end of last year, they had finished the project.by the time + 一般过去时从句：By the time he arrived, the meeting had begun.hardly... when... / no sooner... than...
二、现在完成进行时 (have/has been doing)
- 核心逻辑：动作从过去某时开始，一直延续到现在，并且当前仍在进行，强调过程的持续性。
- 与现在完成时的区别：
- 现在完成时（have done）：强调结果或对现在造成的影响。
- I have read the book.（已读完，强调看过了）
- 现在完成进行时（have been doing）：强调动作的未完成性与持续。
- I have been reading the book all morning.（读了一上午，还在继续读）
- 现在完成时（have done）：强调结果或对现在造成的影响。
